DRIFT
Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or booking a class with DRIFT, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. DRIFT is operated by DRIFT Birmingham. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Liability Waiver — Physical Activity

Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury. By using DRIFT's services, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) you participate in all classes entirely at your own risk; (b) DRIFT, its coaches, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your person or property arising from participation in classes, including but not limited to injuries caused by equipment, premises, instruction, or the acts of other participants; (c) you confirm you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would make participation in physical exercise inadvisable. If in doubt, consult a medical professional before attending. This waiver does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, nor any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Classes must be booked in advance via the DRIFT app. Bookings can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the class start time for a credit refund. Cancellations within 4 hours will not be refunded. Drop-in payments are non-refundable except where cancellation is made within the permitted window.

4. Memberships & Passes

Monthly memberships (Unlimited) are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your profile page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 10-class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period.

5. Founder Membership

Founder memberships are offered at a reduced rate of £59/month, locked in for as long as you maintain an active subscription. The Founder rate is personal to you and cannot be transferred. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the standard rate applies.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to treat coaches and other members with respect. DRIFT reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel the membership of any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DRIFT's services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
